Orange City Poker Room

Scope of Work

  • Conversion of decommissioned movie theater into poker and card club facility

  • Structural modifications, including removal of main bearing wall to create open floor plan

  • Replacement of slab-on-grade

  • Installation of all new mechanical (MEP) systems

  • Construction of new raised computer flooring system

  • Integration of audiovisual (AV) systems

  • Installation of casino-specific finishes and operational elements

  • Interior buildout to support gaming operations and customer flow

  • Coordination with architect (Ballon Architects) and client (Delaware North)

  • Delivery of a fully functional, high-capacity gaming environment

This project consisted of the renovation and conversion of a former movie theater into a fully operational poker room and card club facility.

The transformation required a complete reconfiguration of the existing structure to accommodate an open, high-performance gaming environment. The scope included major structural modifications, full system upgrades, and the integration of specialized casino and audiovisual components. The result is a modern, functional space designed to support high-traffic operations and an enhanced user experience.
