Scope of Work

  • Demolition of existing single-story residence down to slab level

  • Selective preservation of a portion of the existing exterior wall

  • Construction of a new two-story residential addition

  • Structural expansion and integration with existing retained elements

  • Reconfiguration of the remaining portion of the original house

  • Full redevelopment of the property to accommodate new architectural layout

  • Coordination with architect (AND Studio) and project stakeholders

  • Execution of all construction phases required to deliver a completed residential structure

The Bargello Residence is a comprehensive residential redevelopment project involving the transformation of an existing single-story home into a modern, expanded two-story residence.

The project includes the demolition of the majority of the existing structure, preserving only a limited portion of the original exterior wall, while reconfiguring and integrating the remaining elements into a new architectural design. The result is a fully reimagined home that combines new construction with selective structural retention, tailored to meet contemporary living standards.
